To strengthen our team, we are looking for an accurate and communicative Sales and Purchase Assistent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding orders and transport. You ensure a smooth flow of customer orders, logistics and documentation, contributing to the reliable service we are known for.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

Order preparation and administration

  • Coordinating and planning customer orders
  • Entering and maintaining customer and order data in the system
  • Coordinating customer information with the sales team
  • Communicating with the warehouse about orders and progress

Transport and shipping

  • Independently organising and booking transport (containers and lorries)
  • Maintaining contact with transporters and logistics partners
  • Comparing rates and making agreements with service providers
  • Monitoring delivery times and storage periods
  • Drawing up shipping documentation and coordinating with inspection and customs authorities

Communication and support

  • First point of contact for customers and partners regarding logistical and administrative questions
  • Contact with suppliers, agents and internal teams
  • Supporting QA
  • Administrative support for the sales and purchasing team
  • Contributing to process improvement and efficiency within logistical administration

REQUIREMENTS & OFFER

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in logistics, administration or supply chain
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, accurate and stress-resistant
  • Excellent command of Dutch, English and German.
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
