At CTCS we import and distribute high-quality food ingredients to customers across Europe. From pepper and spices to other ingredients, we keep supply chains moving and markets connected.
To support our growing business and strengthen our team, we are looking for an accurate and proactive Sales & Purchase Assistant. In this role you ensure that orders, logistics and communication run smoothly and support our sales and purchasing teams in day-to-day operations.
You are an important link between customers, suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare and process customer orders and related administration
- Coordinate and plan customer orders with the sales team and warehouse
- Organise and book transport (containers and trucks)
- Maintain contact with transporters and logistics partners
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Coordinate with inspection and customs authorities
- Monitor delivery times and storage periods
- Support the sales and purchasing team with administrative tasks
- Contribute to improving processes within logistical administration
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in logistics, administration or supply chain
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proactive, accurate and able to keep overview
- Fluent in Dutch, English and German
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
